Job Summary:
The Treasury Analyst serves a key role in the direction, coordination, and consolidation of the company's cash flow forecasting and banking activities. The Treasury Analyst works very closely with other corporate finance functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial planning and analysis, tax, and investor relations.
The successful candidate should have a foundational knowledge of GAAP accounting and consolidations, possess a drive to exceed expectations, have a strong attention to detail and be a great verbal and written communicator.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Prepare monthly reporting requirements related to debt, including leverage, fixed charge coverage ratio calculation, and other compliance reporting
- Liaise with A/R, A/P, payroll, and accounting teams for various cross-functional processes
- Develop/maintain relationships with financial institutions to maximize access to business incentives and support long-term growth
- Review positive pay exceptions and compile the necessary audit trail documentation
- Compile weekly 13-week cash flow forecast
- Support liquidity management by performing daily cash flow balancing, including monitoring daily cash positions and initiating wire transfers to fund business activities
- Assist with the implementation of various capital leases
- Assist with preparation/support of the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasting process including coordination with key finance and other functional leaders.
- Develop/maintain financial models and other ad hoc analyses to provide relevant and insightful information on business performance.
- Support payables process as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of board of directors, executive leadership, and investor relations presentation materials.
- Drive continuous process improvements; leverage systems and available technology to automate process for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and controls, support SOX compliance and audit related efforts.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury
- Understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidations, and financial statements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Public company experience would be an asset
- Treasury or Accounting designation, MBA, or similar certification
Knowledge and Skills:
- Results oriented, "get things done" attitude
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and well organized
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain an ongoing pulse of the business
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to course correct
- Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges
- High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Hyperion Financial Management would be an asset.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, would also be an asset

Additional Considerations:
- Travel Expectation: Up to 5%.
- Location: This role will be located at the Corporate Office in Eden Prairie, MN.
- Work environment: Majority of work is performed in an office environment.
- Relocation will not be considered.
