We are seeking an experiencedLeadProducerbased on location in our LA studio,who will be relied upon to collaborate withstudioleadership, creative leads, andexternal partners tomaintainandexecuteproject planning fortheteams.The ideal candidate willpossessa combination of project management, communication skills,and a passion for making games. Responsibilities: TheLeadProducer isleadingthe production teamresponsible for driving the production process to launch and plays a critical role in delivering a polished, high-caliber game. You overseeinitiativetimelines,budgetsand resources, and ensure alignment between the creative vision and technical execution. You collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams,facilitatecommunication, resolve roadblocks, andmaintaina productive workflow. Lead and managethe production effort onmultiple initiativesto ensure quality and timeliness of the delivery. Qualifications: Minimum7years of industry experience in game production Leadership contributions as aSenior Produceron multiple titles and orExecutiveProduceronthe release ofat leastoneAAA title In-depth knowledge of project planning and tasking with the ability tomonitorthe progress of department milestones and individual tasks against those schedules Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, processknowledgeandtheability to multi-task Highly developed leadership skills leading teams through challenging projects Experienceworking withJIRA, MS Project, MS Office (Excel), Smart Sheet,Miro, Trello,and bug tracking databases Deep understandingoftraditional production managementtechniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across Product Development and Management teams, as well as with executive management Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills Abilityto adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledgeable of current industry trends; stays up to date on competitive products and best practices Must love games and have atruepassion for creating them!
