Sigma Defense is seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Specialist to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage, capture, trace, and test systems requirements from source documents and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze system level details and parameters to create derived requirements and to support verification of requirements.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field of study.
  • Master's degree is preferred.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Analyze system level details and parameters to create derived requirements and to support verification of requirements.
  • Work with developers to generate low-level software requirements (e.g., algorithm details, waveform and processing parameterization, etc.) and validate implementations against models.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct test events and author test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Present system requirements, architectures, and technical status to customers and stakeholders.
  • Work with hardware and software engineering teams in all phases of a project to ensure requirements are met.
  • Work closely with program management and senior leadership to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Salary Range: $164,000 - $234,000 annually.
