This role partners directly with Sales Management and cross-functional teams to drive strategic Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and pricing initiatives, optimize sales operations, and ensure data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will share core CRM processes, champion data integrity and funnel management, and lead continuous improvement efforts that accelerate revenue growth and improve profitability.

Responsibilities

CRM Management (Salesforce Sales Cloud)

  • Own Salesforce data integrity: define and execute data quality rules, deduplicate Accounts/Contacts, implement and drive ongoing funnel hygiene campaigns.
  • Administer reports and dashboards for pipeline health and design win rates; Establish consistent KPI definitions and structured reporting cadence.
  • Lead user enablement and adoption: Provide on-going training and support to ensure effective use of SFDC tools and processes. This can include live and recorded training sessions, creating training aids, supporting user testing and new employee onboarding. Continuously enhance processes using a phased "crawl-walk-run" approach.

  • Ensure CRM logic is aligned with sales policies by maintaining policy and process alignment. Conduct Defect and DWIN Audits to ensure governance and compliance.

Salesforce Pricing

  • Partner on launch and roll out of new Salesforce quoting tool. Ensure Salesforce quoting governance: price book accuracy, product rules, complex schedules, approvals, etc.

  • Support end-to-end integrations across the SFDC quoting tool, SAP ERP, and pricing catalogs to deliver a complete customer view and maintain accurate order data throughout the process.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Be the SFDC subject matter expert and user support contact for Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Translate business needs into solutions through clear requirement gathering and documentation (BRD). Communicate requirements with IT and oversee through UAT and end user training and adoption.
  • Partner in the transition of lead tracking functionality from the custom-built tool to Salesforce.
  • Monitor SFDC Case activity (e.g., response times, cycle times, approval latency) and deploy automation to streamline workflows and accelerate resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Prepare presentations for customer reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior management, presenting SFDC insights and design-win (DWIN) metrics to support decision-making. Ensure all actions and follow-ups from reviews are tracked and completed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track and implement system changes. Also monitor adoption to ensure effectiveness of changes and act as the change management champion.

Required Experience and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or enablement roles within semiconductor or technology distribution.
* Strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) administration, including end to end configuration (objects/fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, permission sets, sharing models), advanced reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and CPQ.
* Data governance and hygiene: deduplication, required-field enforcement, and territory/account hierarchy management (Enterprise Territory Management)
* SFDC quoting knowledge: price books, product rules, discount schedules, approval routing, and quote data integrity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced data analysis and data storytelling
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.
* Familiarity with design-win (DWIN) processes, quarterly business review (QBR) practices, and quote-to-cash operations.
* Bulk data operations: Data Loader/Importer, ETL tools, and error handling
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
* Cross-functional communication: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization including executive team.
* Tool fluency: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Excel (lookups, pivots), Power BI, and familiarity with ERP concepts (e.g., SAP orders & pricing)
