A BRIEF OVERVIEW Looking for a role where your leadership makes an immediate impact? As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the action, guiding multiple teams to success while keeping Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost on point. You'll coach Team Leaders, tackle daily challenges head-on, and use problem-solving skills to keep the floor running smoothly. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is your chance to lead, influence, and make a difference every day. You'll start with 6 weeks of 1st-shift training before moving to 2nd shift (2:00PM-10:30PM), and a little weekend flexibility is a plus. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead, mentor and develop team members, creating a positive culture aligned with our values Oversee production activities, schedules, and resources to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing problem-solving tools like Kaizen and A3 process Ensure safety, compliance and standard operating procedures are followed consistently Manage labor, equipment, materials, and workflow to optimize productivity Support hiring, performance management, and development of employees, including training and evaluating team effectiveness Maintain clear communication with leadership, report on metrics, and proactively resolve operational issues

3+ Years of Experience in a Leadership Role (Required) Manufacturing Experience (Required) Machining experience (Preferred) Experience in a FDA Regulated Environment (Preferred)
