What You'll Be Doing



  • Analyze and optimize complex or constrained hardware components using industry-leading tools while balancing stringent requirements and cross-functional design considerations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive hardware documentation, including design specifications, implementation details, and test and validation results throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and resolve hardware flaws by assessing risks and trade-offs and implementing effective corrective actions for common failures.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of hardware designs, including block diagrams, schematics, layouts, and bills of materials, to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
  • Evaluate hardware performance through measurements and simulations, identify deviations from predictions, investigate test discrepancies, and recommend design improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, clearly communicating project objectives, timelines, progress, and emerging issues to ensure seamless execution.
