Exciting opportunity to join our leading fintech client who is looking to add a talented Studio Designer to its in house agency team who is growing! The Studio Designer, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Design Studio, will be responsible for supporting design and design production of best-in-class creative and marketing communications supporting Creative Directors, Art Directors and Senior Designers. Besides having proficient design skills, the candidate will be a key member of a creative team working with clients that demand perfection. The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization has a mission to create marketplace demand and drive commerce for our leading fintech client through differentiated and innovative Ideas, products, partnerships, marketing, and customer experiences. Our client's In-House Creative agency is on a journey for an exciting expansion. We are focused on developing forward-thinking ideas and working across channels, end-to-end experiences in digital and beyond. What You'll Do:
- Leverage the brand's visual identity to design marketing creative across a wide range of print and digital materials.
- Bring a strong passion for digital, motion, print, packaging, branding, and visual identity systems, with an emerging level of expertise across disciplines.
- Visually communicate design concepts clearly, translating physical printing techniques into effective digital collateral.
- Act as a creative advocate by staying current on design, marketing, and production trends and thoughtfully incorporating them into work.
- Produce print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, collaborating closely with creative and production partners to ensure optimal print execution.
- Adjust and refine artwork in Photoshop as needed, including resizing, color correction, and basic image retouching.
- Stay current on industry trends, software updates, and advancements in both digital and print technologies.
- Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, creative directors, and in-house production teams.
- Deliver high-quality work efficiently while managing timelines and deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
- Maintain organized files and documentation, including version control and archival best practices.
- Advocate for the customer by providing thoughtful creative guidance to internal partners and contributing to a strong internal creative culture.
What You'll Bring:
- 0-3+ years of professional design experience within an agency environment, with a focus on branding, visual identity systems, holistic marketing journeys, and both print and digital design.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat; After Effects a plus), Sketch or Figma, and Microsoft Office.
- Deep knowledge of and proficiency in PowerPoint; strong PowerPoint presentation design and formatting skills are a plus.
- Image retouching experience; advanced retouching capabilities are a plus.
- Experience with motion design workflows is a plus, ranging from asset optimization and handoff to hands-on work in Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with video editing workflows, including basic knowledge of Premiere and Media Encoder, is a plus.
- Proven ability to implement brand guidelines and deliver impactful designs across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Emerging expertise across digital design (banners, landing pages, email), social (static and motion), branding/visual identity, print, and design production (versioning, resizing, compression, file management).
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, techniques, color models, and file formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present work clearly in internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of color theory and typography.
- Ability to inspire, collaborate with, mentor, and lead creative team members.
- Experience designing for and innovating within content management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems is a plus (e.g., Frontify).
- Experience working with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Workfront).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.00 to $58.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
