What You Will Do:

As a Legal & Risk Administrator, you will play an essential role within our Legal department, reporting to the Director of Legal & Administration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Maintain, organize and update contracts, agreements, and legal records.
  • Track regulatory requirements, support audits, and ensure timely filings.
  • Facilitate contract reviews, approvals, and renewals.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating and documenting organizational risks.
  • Coordinate with risk insurers regarding insurance policies and renewals.
  • Track compliance metrics, identify trends, and prepare reports.
  • Administer workers compensation program.
  • Work with excavators who damage Company facilities as needed to resolve claims.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field to uphold responsibilities as subject matter expert.


What You Will Bring:



  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in legal administration, compliance, risk administration, and workers compensation is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of various personal computer business software applications presently used by ENSTAR. Ability to learn new systems or software packages as necessary.

  • Must maintain a positive work atmosphere through effective interactions and communications with co-workers, customers and management.
  • Must maintain a safe environment for co-workers, customers and the public through adherence to established safety standards and timely reporting of potential hazards.
  • Must adhere to ENSTAR's policies and procedures related to the code of business ethics, compliance, responsible use of assets, and all applicable state and federal laws.
