What this job involves - Responsible for implementing training at the direction of the Training Director. Including in this responsibility are support of Training Needs Analysis, assigning training, interfacing with clients to troubleshooting system issues; check on accuracy training content assigned, and vendors who supply the training. Additionally, this individual administers the tools to track the training and is responsible for metrics to show compliance or/and performance, and to perform annual TAP/Training Matrix reviews and updates in coordination with EHS and Quality. This role includes partnering with Management and stakeholders to carry out the Training Plan.

What is the day to day?

  • Manage client and JLL Training Assignment Portfolios-maintaining audit readiness at all times, as well as coordinating with EHS and Quality to ensure consistency across role.
  • Assign and track training in two learning platforms.
  • Run training reports, analyze data, support training completion at assigned sites Work with Training Director to meet and exceed Training compliance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot training issues Create and apply innovative training solutions and tools for site and program training program.
  • Network with client and JLL leadership to ensure training compliance for sites responsible for.
  • Work with onboarding team and managers to ensure appropriate role training is listed in Portfolio and assigned per directives.
  • Support career development initiatives in conjunction with the Training Director.
  • Work with sites to complete Skill Gap Assessments to support the succession planning process.
  • Additional duties as required

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with experience leading both in-person and virtual sessions
  • Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

96,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
