About the Role

You're Good At

• Leading and mentoring teams while encouraging professional growth and development.
• Managing project proposals and delivery processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborating with creative teams to craft innovative solutions for events.
• Understanding and articulating current trends in events and incentives.
• Efficiently utilizing project management tools to enhance team workflow.

You Might Also Have

• 8+ years of relevant experience in experiential design and program strategy.
• Strong organizational skills that allow for juggling multiple projects with ease.
• A background in event operations or delivery within DMCs or planning agencies.
• Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Cloud and a knack for leveraging AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

You Should Know

• This role requires 25% - 50% travel.
• This role is remote position, operating on Eastern Standard or Central Standard business hours.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager, Experience Design is between $75,000 - $120,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
