We are looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Brand Project Manager to serve as a vital guardian of our client's brand. This isn't just about moving tasks through a pipeline; you will be the unofficial "spokesperson" for the brand's visual and tonal identity.

In this role, you will support the Brand Governance team to ensure that every touchpoint-from sponsorship logos to internal websites-reflects the core values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity. You will manage the day-to-day inquiries, guiding stakeholders through brand refreshes and strategy with a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Stewardship & Governance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for brand standards. Review and log requests for brand approvals related to sponsorships, third-party partnerships, and new product launches.
  • The Internal Expert: Manage the daily intake of brand inquiries via our internal site. You will learn our client's brand guidelines "like the back of your hand" to provide instant, accurate guidance.
  • The "Strategic Pivot": Communicate complex brand requirements to stakeholders and employees with a balance of firmness and positivity. You must be able to explain why a request might not align with standards and provide a creative path forward.
  • Digital Product Support: Assist in the ongoing enhancement of the site, to ensure internal teams have the best tools to stay on-brand.
  • Project Operations: Organize cross-functional meetings, build and maintain project roadmaps, and prepare executive-level status recaps for the Brand Governance leadership team.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with partners to ensure the department's operations remain seamless.

What We're Looking For

  • The "Brand Eye": You must have a deep understanding of branding and recognition on what is allowed and not.
  • High-Stakes Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
  • Agency Experience: While they are a corporate team, they value the pace and creative "hustle" of an agency background.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions. You see a problem and work with your team to solve it!

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience: * 2+ years in Project Management or Brand Stewardship.

    • 1+ years in a corporate environment.

    • Experience with enterprise project management tools is a major plus.

  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Charts/Formulas). Experience with style guides and brand governance workflows.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $39. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
