This pivotal role is designed for a visionary program leader eager to manage critical program priorities, foster community engagement, develop compelling content, and ensure timely action follow-ups. You will be instrumental in launching a new organizational focus on service management and execution within the customer success landscape, contributing to sub-teams dedicated to customer health programs, advanced technology solutions, consumption and usage strategies, and robust governance.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead and execute key program management, project management, and change management initiatives.

* Create and refine essential documentation and impactful presentation decks.

* Analyze trends, identify opportunities for productivity improvements, and run pilot programs to test new approaches.

* Collaborate extensively with diverse stakeholders across various solution areas to align strategies and drive outcomes.

* Proactively identify and remove blockers, supporting both proactive and reactive customer engagement strategies.

* Drive and execute customer health programs, supporting innovation in advanced technology, and managing consumption and usage initiatives.

* Contribute to high-impact programs, influencing customer success, advanced technology, and innovative solutions.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **5-7 years of experience** in program and project management.

* **Bachelor's degree** is essential.

* **Strong Program Management (2+ years):** Demonstrated ability to drive and execute complex programs from inception to completion.

* **Relationship/Stakeholder Management (2+ years):** Proven experience in managing and collaborating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.

* **Visual Documentation & Presentation Creation (2+ years):** Expert-level skill in crafting clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentation decks for various audiences.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Program management certifications (PMP/PMI) are preferred.
