In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems by coordinating comprehensive training programs, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of operations across the globe.

**About the Role**

As a key member of the deployment team, you will be instrumental in bringing this vision to life. Your expertise will directly shape how employees learn and adapt to new processes and technologies, driving seamless transitions and maximizing user proficiency. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that learning solutions are meticulously organized, scheduled, and delivered, making a tangible difference in the company's operational excellence and global reach. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale global program, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:**

* Work closely with the Training Manager to support the deployment of the training approach and plan.

* Coordinate with the Global Learning Solutions Team to input users, roles, local training materials, and attendance into the Learning Management System (LMS) via the learning request process.

* Ensure alignment with the Change Management Coordinator on upcoming changes impacting training and requiring communication to learners.

* Liaise with Learning Experts and other learning community members to capture emergent training-related issues.

* Align with Business Partners to determine necessary training assignments and adjustments.

* **Training Planning, Preparation, and Execution:**

* Collaborate with global counterparts and site representatives to ensure readiness of global and local training materials, and to plan training activities, schedules, and logistics.

* Organize training facilitator briefing sessions (train-the-trainer) to prepare presenters.

* Execute training activities within the LMS in an administrative capacity, including curriculum creation, learning assignments, user groups, equivalencies, and training removals.

* Provide instruction and guidance on using globally standardized templates and artifacts for training.

* **Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities:**

* Monitor learning requests for accuracy and completeness.

* Support the migration or retirement of local training materials.

* Assess data and maintain databases used in the project.

* Report on the status of deployment training deliverables, attendance, risks, and mitigation plans.

* Track and update local training material readiness.

* Continuously log training risks or issues and propose mitigation strategies to management.

* **Support and Issue Management:**

* Support the hypercare team with training-related issues and escalate opportunities for training improvement.

* Provide additional administrative deployment support as assigned by management.

**Required Skills & Experience**

* 3+ years of experience in the preparation, development, and administration of training programs and systems, including training and curricula development.

* Proven experience in using and administering Learning Management System (LMS) platforms for online training delivery and management.

* Project management experience and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively across multiple levels of an organization.

* Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate and integrate multiple streams of information and logistical activities.

* Proficient in data management and Excel, including advanced processes like pivot tables and vLookup.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

* Ability to work effectively across multiple international time zones.
