*P6 Scheduler - Commercial Construction* *Location:* New Albany, OH (Onsite required; ~20% remote after 6 months)
*Type:* Contract-to-Hire *Duration:* 6 Months (CTH) *Pay Range:* $52-$63/hr (DOE) *Overview* A leading national electrical contractor is seeking an experienced *P6 Scheduler* to support the planning and execution of a major data center construction project. This role partners closely with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules to ensure ontime delivery across all phases of construction. This is a highvisibility opportunity with a company that has over four decades of industry success and is experiencing significant growth. *What You'll Do* * Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using *Primavera P6*. * Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, general contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and resource allocation. * Identify schedule risks, delays, and conflicts; proactively recommend corrective actions. * Support weekly and monthly reporting, including schedule updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses. * Coordinate with field leadership to track installation progress and adjust timelines as needed. * Assist in building and maintaining project calendars and implementation schedules. * Interpret drawings, specifications, and other construction documents to ensure accurate scheduling. * Contribute to process improvements and support a strong, professional project culture. *Required Skills & Experience* * *2+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6* * *Commercial construction scheduling* experience * Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents * Strong communication skills and confidence presenting schedule updates to stakeholders * Highly organized, selfmotivated, and proactive *Work Environment* * First 6 months: *Onsite daily* for collaboration with construction teams * After rampup: Approximately *20% remote flexibility* * *Role supports one of the largest data center builds* in the region *Why This Role Stands Out* * Opportunity to work on a highprofile, largescale data center project * Strong potential for career advancement within a growing organization * Stable company known for long-term success and major project wins * Collaborative environment working with experienced construction and scheduling professionals *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $63.00/hr.
