*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm *Pay:* $22.50/hr (Contract-to-Hire) *About the Company* Our client is a well-established healthcare equipment and services provider dedicated to supporting patients in their transition from hospital to home. Their teams work closely with clinicians, referral partners, and families to ensure patients receive the respiratory and medical equipment they need safely and efficiently. *Who We're Looking For* We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Clinical Customer Service Representative with strong customer service, data entry, and communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced medical support environment, is patient-focused, and feels confident coordinating between patients, clinicians, and insurance partners. *Job Overview* In this role, you will support clinical and operational teams by coordinating patient equipment needs, obtaining insurance authorizations, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between staff, patients, and referral partners. This is an onsite position in a small, supportive office environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Coordinate with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources regarding medical equipment needs. * Obtain all required documentation and authorizations for equipment coverage. * Support clinical staff with scheduling, patient set-ups, routing communication, and workflow optimization. * Assist with respiratory-related discharge coordination. * Adhere to established company procedures, policies, and safety standards. * Perform data entry, documentation review, and general administrative support. * Participate in training, shadowing, and role-play sessions to learn equipment and systems. * Complete additional duties as assigned. *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and in-person). * Accurate data entry and administrative abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems. * Ability to work professionally with diverse groups-patients, clinicians, and referral partners. * Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a patient, calm demeanor under stress. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50+ lbs. occasionally. * Ability to learn new technologies and equipment quickly. * Previous healthcare, home medical equipment, or clinical support experience preferred. *Work Environment & Expectations* * Onsite role in a small office within a retail medical equipment environment. * Business casual attire or scrubs; no jeans or sweatpants. * Direct, hands-on feedback style from leadership. * Parking available on surrounding streets (free). * Limited overtime-team culture prioritizes work-life balance. * Reliable attendance required; call-ins expected 15 minutes prior to shift. *Training Requirements* Training occurs during the first week at the Seattle office, followed by shadowing and role plays.
