Contract: 6-Months Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (100% onsite) Top Skills Details * Experience managing temporary staffing and vendor contracts. * Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service delivery frameworks. * Asset and Inventory Management * Desktop and Hardware Support * Deployment, Imaging, Refresh Experience Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and peripherals. Implement asset tracking processes using CMDB and ServiceNow. Ensure timely reconciliation of stock levels and resolve discrepancies. Operational Oversight Supervise warehouse staff and temporary associates. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of IT equipment. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for storage and handling. Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility. Manage shipping and receiving duties, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all deliveries and dispatches. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with vendors for procurement, receiving and delivery. Collaborate with IT Service Management and Infrastructure teams for asset allocation. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to organizational security and safety protocols. Generate regular reports on inventory status, usage trends, and cost optimization. Technical Skills Familiarity with IT asset management tools (ServiceNow, CMDB). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems. Soft Skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse or asset management, preferably in IT. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hyattsville, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
