*Description* This position works out of Sylmar, CA, supporting an Enterprise Accounts Team. This Project Manager will be supporting a new strategic Data Consolidation Program. The intention behind this program is to utilize a consolidated cloud analytics platform that can address analytical needs more efficiently. The Project Manager will work with stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure strategic IT project roadmaps are defined, prioritized, reviewed, and delivered in accordance with global IT governance methodologies and tools. The Project Manager will establish and develop strategic relationships among stakeholders to champion achievement of short- and long-term objectives and drive value realization.
*What You'll Do* * Formulate, harmonize, and consolidate project scopes and plans, working closely with functional Project Managers and other Subject Matter Experts across divisions. * Confirm the ongoing strategic rationale and value proposition for projects. * Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of projects. * Ensure division-wide thinking and problem-solving are incorporated into project execution. * Drive resolution in cross-functional problem solving, communication, and integration. * Liaise with other Project Owners, functional managers, and management to prioritize activities across programs to balance resource availability, program deliverables and schedule, and business needs. * Monitor business processes and identify areas for improvement, defining and implementing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. * Ensure cross-functional members work as a team focused on business unit goals and manage program and solution interdependencies. * Adapt quickly and produce in a rapidly changing environment. * Champion PMO best practices to drive better project planning, execution, prioritization, and change management within commercial programs. * Conduct program review meetings and provide regular updates. * Support product rollouts and geographic expansion projects. * Establish and monitor KPIs to assess delivery performance. *Accountability* * Responsible for strategic scoping, value definition, and successful and timely implementation of key Enterprise Account priorities. * Highly visible and accountable, liaising with senior management to drive alignment on key decisions and reporting project status. * Limited direct fiscal responsibility for departmental expenses, but indirect responsibility for ensuring functional budgets align with project scope and plans. *Experience You'll Bring* *Required* * Bachelor's degree in a discipline appropriate to the project or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Minimum 10 years of related work experience. * Successfully led several high-complexity projects from beginning to end. * Demonstrated technical skills and management judgment appropriate to the project. * Expertise in PM tools and processes. * Experience leading a data and/or analytics-focused project. *Preferred* * Strong technical experience in cross-functional project management and team leadership. * Understanding of the fundamental solution being developed/deployed-its business value, roadmap, and strategic fit. * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and align plans across diverse stakeholders. * Process-oriented thinking focused on continuous improvement and lessons learned. * Experience in project management tools such as Product Board or Planview. * Experience supporting Microsoft analytics tools (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder presentations. *Skills* Project Management, Agile, Data *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Prior experience in similar enterprise environments is a plus. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
