Position Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate* in Construction Management or a related field* who wants to step into a leadership role and gain hands-on experience. As our Field Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations on electrical and light construction projects, coordinate crews, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the owner and have a direct impact on the success of each project. We're looking for someone who can work well in a blue-collar environment, has a great attitude, and is eager to learn and grow. What You'll Do * Supervise and support crews on residential and light commercial electrical/construction projects. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and building standards. * Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors. * Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly. * Communicate progress to the owner and clients in a professional manner. * Learn and grow into a leadership role with mentorship from experienced professionals. What We're Looking For * Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong interest in electrical and construction work. * Ability to read blueprints and project plans. * Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, simple reporting). * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a hands-on, blue-collar environment.
