This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization that values accuracy, innovation, and relationshipdriven service in a missionfocused industry. *Position Summary* The *Client Support Specialist* plays a key role in ensuring accurate account balances for hospital clients by troubleshooting account issues, reconciling financial data, analyzing reports, and responding to client inquiries. This position supports both internal teams and external hospital partners to maintain data integrity across multiple systems. Advanced levels of this position act as subjectmatter experts, supporting complex accounts and larger client portfolios. This role is hybrid, based in Beaverton, OR. *What We're Looking For* We are seeking a detailoriented, analytical professional who thrives in a clientfacing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, techsavvy, and skilled at managing multiple systems while delivering exceptional service. You should enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and collaborating with clients to resolve account discrepancies. You'll be successful in this role if you excel at: Investigating and resolving data integrity issues Communicating clearly and professionally Managing multiple priorities with accuracy and followthrough Building strong, productive client relationships Working independently in a fastpaced environment *Key Responsibilities* * Serve as direct support to hospital clients, addressing inquiries and resolving account-related issues. * Document and resolve discrepancies related to balance reconciliations, record changes, cardholder inquiries, and overpayments. * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client partners. * Generate weekly reconciliation reports and research flagged items. * Audit raw data files against internal operational reports; identify and communicate data integrity issues to IT. * Develop and build reports, performing data analysis as needed. * Lead phone conferences with clients to discuss discrepancies, provide updates, and manage followup tasks. * Support special projects and other operational or administrative tasks as required. *Qualifications* *Required:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience * 2+ years in customer support, billing, or banking (healthcare or financial services preferred) * Strong computer and software proficiency, including MS Office and Excel * Experience with reporting, basic financial analysis, and account reconciliation * Excellent documentation, organizational, and timemanagement abilities * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * High attention to detail and accuracy *Preferred:* * Experience working with databases and/or raw data analysis * Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously * Ability to handle complex accounts and highvolume workflows *Work Environment & Schedule* * Hybrid role; location: *Beaverton, OR * * Typical schedule between *5am-5pm PT*; may require extended hours during peak periods * Frequent interaction via phone, email, and virtual meetings * Standard office duties including sitting/standing, computer work, and occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) * Remote setups must closely mirror inoffice standards *Employment Details (Contract-to-Hire)* Employees who convert to full-time enjoy: * Medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) * Companypaid disability and life insurance * Three weeks of vacation + two floating holidays + nine paid holidays * Monthly bonus eligibility based on quality and utilization * Competitive hourly base pay *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
