Starting Wage: $28.44 + $2.30 shift differential

Shift: 2nd, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am

Your Responsibilities:

• Identifyunit options using bill of materials to complete required work content per unit.

• Complete assembly of work content to support productionstandards

• Read and interpret engineering drawing to ensure quality standards are met by effectivelyidentifyingparts and assemblingunit

• Ability to use production support tools effectively (VKS, AMS, etc.).

• Must learn and understand all linestations

• Read and follow wiring schematics. Complete company provided wiring training andachievecertification

• Train new members on the various machines, procedures, safe work practices and any pertinent itemsregardingsafety,qualityand production

• Responsible formaintainingthe 5s program to ensure a clean workarea

• Follow and understandHOMESafe, Personal Choice andcompany safety manualrequirements.

• Identifyand rework defective work pieces tocomply withqualitystandards

• Read and interpretblue prints, sketches or product specifications todeterminesequence and methods of fabricating,assemblingand installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements

• Ability to use handtools

• Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT License

• Obtain Certification in leak testing and vacuum andcharge

• All other duties asassigned

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read and understand written English.
• High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
