Provides security oversight and asset protection within the assigned location, serving as a key member of the operations organization with a problem-solving mindset. Conducts security assessments, maintaining security case loads, updating security information management systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory items.

Essential Functions

  • Assists the effort to provide risk mitigation efficiently and effectively and provides security oversight and asset protection (people, assets, brand) within the assigned location.
  • Serves as a key member of the operations organization with a mindset to solve problems.
  • Provides comprehensive security services to assigned location(s), coordinates and communicates with others as needed, including: peers, management, legal and other internal resources, and external resources, including law enforcement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal communication, writing skills, and an inquisitive mindset. Knowledge of Microsoft based computer programs and the ability to prepare detailed reports.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. If required to carry a firearm as part of job duties, subject to random drug testing. Works in an industrial environment and must adhere to all safety considerations. Travel may be necessary.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $4,324.00/mo - $5,621.20/mo
