Description

The Enrichment Activities Coordinator designs and leads dynamic, person-centered programs and community outings that enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires expertise in program development and a strong understanding of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) standards to create experiences that reflect participant input and individual goals. The Coordinator champions independence, inclusion, and personal growth through creative, community-integrated activities. Enrichment programming will deliver measurable outcomes that enhance participants' autonomy, strengthen family and community connections, and uphold health, safety, and rights. Success in this role means structured, predictable, and meaningful engagement supported by clear schedules, informed staff, welcoming environments, and documentation that demonstrates choice and participation.
