Compensation will be made up of a competitive base salary as well as bonus potential determined by your own individual performance and the performance of the organization overall. About ESi Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is an engineering and scientific investigation and failure analysis firm. We primarily work with law firms, insurance companies, and manufacturers on small to large-scale projects to answer any technical questions they have. Our projects can entail investigating major transportation accidents, equipment failures, personal injury claims, and damage to residential or commercial structures. About this Role Responsible for assisting in and performing track related failure analysis, Code of Federal Regulations/Railroad Rule Compliance, accident reconstruction, personal injury, and property loss investigations related to railroads and supporting industries, as well as preparing technical reports for clients. Will assist in planning, managing, and coordinating activities for assigned projects to ensure that goals/objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or with the assistance of Staff Consultants, Senior Staff Consultants, and/or Senior Consultants. Willingness to grow in consulting and subject matter expertise, including industry-specific committee involvement as well as litigation support, including potential testimony in depositions and trials.
