Position Summary: The Career Navigator - Exiting Homelessness provides services in Hennepin County to people experiencing and exiting homelessness. This is an opportunity to join a fun and supportive team helping individuals exit homelessness through employment services. Career Navigators help individuals with job search, work experience, career training, and placement/retention. Partners include the Office of Workforce Development in Hennepin County and various community organizations who provide similar services. We are looking for a high-energy person with experience and passion serving the homeless population, building rapport with participants/clients, creating relationships with external business partners, and experience helping people to find competitive employment or training services.
