• Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage AI-focused projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring the application of project management methodologies, managing project resources, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI project management, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Lead teams of developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI-driven software solutions.
• Define test plans and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop communication plans and keep stakeholders informed at critical decision points.
• Oversee large-scale projects spanning multiple years, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies.
• Prepare and present project status updates, cost-benefit analyses, and other necessary reports.
• Manage project risks, assess potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to the project plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required; MBA preferred.
• PMP or PMI certification required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience with AI project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing complex projects with large budgets and dependencies.
