Responsibilities:
- Own the daily activities, maintenance, customer training, and promotion of all digital business and industrial application platforms and all online sales efforts, which includes processing of user registrations, requesting of new customer accounts, and setup/changes of customers machine population.
- Answer all questions and facilitate troubleshooting concerning all digital products/services/platforms, both internally and externally.
- Responsible for being subject matter expert on all digital platforms and products/services per Cat guidelines.
- Responsible for maintenance and integrity of customer data, including but not limited to UCID, DCN, and CWS ID.
- Responsible for the development, facilitation, and execution of all digital business solutions training, both internally and externally.
- Work closely with Condition Monitoring analysts, PSSRs and MSRs to provide solutions that will enhance customer satisfaction by supporting our digital technology initiatives as part of our Equipment Management Team offerings, both at Point of Sale and Aftermarket.
- Develop and implement vetting system for new user registrations with dealer credit accounts across platforms.
- Maintaining data across platforms including but not limited to Equipment Data, Digital Services Portal, Customer Admin Tool, and Dealer Maintenance Tool.
- Contact and interact with potential, new, and existing customers online and over the phone to present information and explain available products/services offered for all digital platforms.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Cat Integrated Procurement, which includes the coordination of new customer connection setup, maintenance, customer training, as well as determining a targeted list of customers to promote our IP setup.
- Responsible for all subscriptions, renewals, and invoicing of digital business systems, which includes VisionLink, SIS, etc.
- Coordinate with Cat Help Desk when issues arise and maintain help desk ticket records to ensure acceptable completion.
- Pull data regularly from digital platforms to analyze and utilize for marketing, revenue growth, and data integrity purposes.
- Provide a consistent and coordinated approach in deploying and driving adoption and commercialization of digital products and services.
- Proactively assess the need for training through research and metric analysis and provide recommendations as appropriate to the Department Manager.
- Stay up-to-date on new services/changes/improvements regarding all digital platforms, as well as company procedures and pricing.
- Act as liaison between Caterpillar and Fabick regarding all digital business systems.
- Responsible for maintaining ownership records across dealers/territories in Equipment Data.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Excel certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analyzation using excel required.
- 3-5 years of experience using a CRM database required.
Critical Thinking to determine action to be taken.
Advanced Excel experience required. Strong understanding of MS Office products.
Strong computer and keyboarding skills required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision required.
Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Sense of urgency required.
Ability to appropriately balance priorities and deadlines.
Must be detail oriented and have strong time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with Customers, Caterpillar, and other branch employees at all levels.
Must be able to travel as necessary to fulfill the requirement of the position, up to 10%.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend and stoop to perform the essential functions of this job. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
