In the Internship - Sourcing, you contribute to ensure timely material and service availability against optimal QLTCS (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost, Sustainability) performance conditions, with the support of a supplier collaboration model and adhering to established contractual agreements. Your work as an intern at ASML San Diego, CA will be meaningful, visible, and essential to our global success. Your assignment Work closely with current Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Development & Engineering (D&E) and other X-sector teams within ASML. Internal stakeholder engagement - Contribute to the engagement of stakeholders through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concern and reacting to these by arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment. Supplier relationship management - Support communication and escalation channels, securing seamless collaboration and operational execution. Supplier performance management - Help to achieve specific performance goals which may involve working to improve established Sourcing procedures. Also includes the introduction and industrialization of new products and/or services. Data Collection and Analysis - Use data from a wide range of ASML and other resources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business. Information and Business Advice - Provide input in support of supplier or cluster/category strategy development. Your profile This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Must be currently pursuing aBachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Operations / Finance / Business Management or related field with junior level standing or above. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $18.00 - $57.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
