Commercial Lending Loan Administrator II
Overview Our Investment Property Lending (IPL) team is expanding-and we're hiring a seasoned Commercial Lending Loan Administrator II to enhance loan processing, documentation, servicing, and member experience. You'll serve as the heart of our lending operations: overseeing new deal flow and portfolio compliance, ensuring seamless transitions from application to closing, and nurturing long-term member relationships. The Loan Administrator II is required to have moderate to advanced experience and knowledge of lending principles, loan documentation, and all pertinent state and federal guidelines and regulations. This position ensures efficient and timely processing of new loan opportunities, as well as the ongoing review and compliance of existing loans, with a focus on the collection and review of entity documents, third-party due diligence items, and other loan related documents. Works with Investment Property Loan Officers (IPLO), vendors, and Members to communicate UWCU processes and expectations to create a smooth experience for all parties. Takes ownership to cultivate a positive Member relationship throughout the loan process providing a seamless transition from loan application to closing and servicing. Provides high-level & comprehensive Member service through the life of the loan to maintain a trusted relationship. Functions as a reliable resource to assist with questions or resolve issues as they arise. This position may be asked to assist in providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff within the department. Why work for UW Credit Union?
