Overview The Utah State University Office of Admissions seeks an energetic, student-oriented individual to join our Recruitment Team. Admissions Specialists are primarily responsible for recruitment efforts within an assigned territory. This position requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as the candidate will work with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, USU departments, and constituents. Recruitment at USU is a team effort. The successful candidate will be instrumental in recruiting targeted student populations, exploring/identifying potential growth markets, and building relationships with students, faculty, and staff across USU's 30 campuses and nine academic colleges. The candidate must be a self-starter and work well independently and in a team. This position allows for flexibility in the work schedule and can accommodate slight variations to traditional business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.
