OUR Administrative Services Coordinator

The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) is seeking a temporary Administrative Services Coordinator.

This person will be responsible for the following:

1. Provide administrative support to the unit

2. Assist in setting up and running multiple large events

3. Advise undergraduate students on opportunities to get involved in research and/or creative scholarship on campus

4. Work with campus partners on outreach

5. Draft communications for the office, including newsletters, printable materials, and other items as needed

Work modality: On-campus.

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm with some night and weekend events

Pay: $25/per hour
