Job Title: Assistant Treasury Analyst Department: Treasury We are looking for an Assistant Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team at Open Bank! The Assistant Treasury Analyst will support daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, and funding activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate treasury records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing treasury related reports for management, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
- Support analysis of cash flows, interest rates, and balance sheet metrics to aid in effective financial and liquidity management.
- Prepare month end and quarter end treasury reporting packages for Board committees and senior management.
- Contribute to the automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports for auditors and various regulatory agencies.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written) preferred for business communications and job-related duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in banking, accounting, or treasury preferred.
- Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks to meet deadlines.
