Data Specialist-HH/Hospice, Baptist, FT, Day

Essential Functions

• Maintains database/spreadsheets for processing all patient admissions and recertifications.

• Performs duties related to data entry, processing, and quality assurance.

• Audits chart information for quality and billing purposes.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience - One (1) year of data entry experience.
