The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation. This position also directs the training of culinary staff and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking food to ensure efficient and profitable food service. The base salary range below reflects the low and high ends for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, education, training, location, performance, responsibilities, and required travel. This range is only one part of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package, which may also include region-specific benefits Steamboat Resort Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year This salary range is a projected amount based on 12 months of employment; however, seasonal positions typically span 6 to 8 months. Therefore, you will not receive the full annual salary in this timespan, but rather a prorated amount corresponding to the duration of your employment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
