As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Facility in Benton Harbor, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide excellent customer service. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for the site, including receiving and dispatching information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Document and report incidents, unusual activities, and/or emergencies according to site-specific protocols.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures while carrying out security-related tasks within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support as needed.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and managing entry and exit of personnel and vehicles.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or breaches.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, dispatches, and incidents as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
