Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining visibility to help to deter incidents, and facilitating communication between teams. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support and coordination as needed.
• Communicate with on-site personnel to relay important information and updates regarding security-related matters and/or incidents.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining awareness of site activities through surveillance and communication channels.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support overall security-related operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
