Sr. Improvement Advisor

Comagine Health is hiring a Senior Improvement Advisor (.50 FTE) to support quality improvement work with the AIAN QIO team, partnering with Tribal communities, providers, and stakeholders to improve health outcomes and patient safety.

Salary will be adjusted to meet .50 FTE.

What you'll do:

• Provide coaching and technical assistance to Tribal and AIAN-serving providers

• Support practice transformation, patient safety, and community engagement initiatives

• Facilitate learning collaboratives, trainings, and stakeholder convenings

• Lead or support quality improvement projects

• Build trusted relationships and mentor team members

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in healthcare quality improvement

• Experience working with Tribal communities or AIAN-serving organizations (preferred)

• Strong facilitation, cultural humility, and relationship-building skills

• BA/BS required; Master's preferred

Part-time, mission-driven work supporting Tribal health systems.
