Description
The Card Service Payments Specialist serves as an expert resource in card payment operations, overseeing the accurate and timely processing of card transactions and resolving complex payment issues. This role is responsible for testing and certifying system upgrades or program changes, supporting card payment inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. As a key point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors, the specialist maintains high service levels through diligent monitoring, advanced problem-solving, and precise record-keeping. Additional Details: Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and /or carry up to 10 pounds. Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
