Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventative maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
