Aquent Studios is looking for a Digital Content Production Assistant to support a high-volume digital content engine within a major global beauty brand'. This is a dynamic project management + creative operations role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building structure around creative work, and wants to grow into a deeper creative partnership role over time.

If you're highly organized, detail-obsessed, and passionate about digital content across social, paid media, video, and e-commerce - this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Creative Operations (Primary Focus)

  • Own end-to-end project management for high-volume digital content across multiple brands - from brief intake through final asset delivery
  • Build and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively flag risks and dependencies
  • Drive day-to-day communication across brand teams, creative leadership, production partners, and vendors
  • Lead product curation and procurement for shoots (tracking, shipping, and on-set readiness)
  • Traffic and consolidate creative feedback; manage version control and approvals
  • Maintain organized documentation of briefs, approvals, and deliverables
  • Serve as a quality-control gatekeeper, ensuring all assets align with brand standards and platform specs
  • Manage DAM workflows including naming conventions, metadata, usage rights, and uploads

Production Support & Creative Collaboration (Growth Path)

  • Support the Creative Director in translating strategy into executable production plans
  • Provide on-set production support when needed (shot lists, run-of-show, organizing samples, annotating takes)
  • Help manage post-production workflows (retouching, editing, color, graphics)
  • Contribute to content planning conversations with a lens toward production feasibility and efficiency
  • Grow into a stronger creative partner over time - supporting concept development and creative reviews

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or digital content production
  • Experience supporting social and e-commerce campaigns (beauty or CPG strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong operational mindset - you love timelines, logistics, documentation, and process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating photo and/or video production
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • Familiarity with Frame.io, project management tools, and digital asset management systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign and Premiere Pro a plus)

Work Environment:

  • Onsite at the client's New York City office at least 3 days per week
  • Additional onsite days may be required during shoot weeks
  • Flexibility for longer production days when supporting live shoots

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to be the operational backbone of large-scale creative production while building toward a more strategic creative partnership role. You'll gain exposure to multi-brand digital campaigns at scale and collaborate with cross-functional teams shaping best-in-class beauty content.

If you love the intersection of creativity and execution - and want to grow your career inside a world-class content engine - we'd love to connect.
