Location: Hunt Valley, MD Schedule: 100% in-office \| Standard hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking an Experienced Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join a collaborative practice focused exclusively on Estates & Trusts. This role will support two attorneys and work closely with a small administrative team, playing a critical role in estate administration and tax-related matters. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of probate matters from opening through closing Prepare and file state tax returns, estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns Draft, review, and organize estate planning and estate administration documents Coordinate with clients, accountants, and financial institutions Maintain accurate and well-organized estate and probate records Utilize estate and tax administration software for filings and reporting Collaborate closely with attorneys, administrative staff, and junior support personnel Ensure a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
