We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Associate III to join our research team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing discovery-stage drug development programs by performing complex experimental work with a high level of independence and technical proficiency.

The position requires substantial experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular and biochemical techniques, and assay development and implementation. The Staff Associate III will interact regularly with the Principal Investigator to align research activities with project goals while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day decision-making

Responsibilities:



  • Designing and executing in vitro studies.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data, troubleshooting technical challenges, maintaining laboratory equipment, coordinating experiment logistics, and preparing data summaries.
  • Coordinating with colleagues who conduct in vivo studies in animal models to ensure integration of preclinical findings.


Desired skills:



  • Advanced mammalian cell culture
  • Molecular and biochemical methods (PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, multi-well assays)
  • Assay development and implementation
  • Data analysis and troubleshooting


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in specific research field and 4 years experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, REDCAP) required.
  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks, set priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Conform to all applicable HIPAA, Human Subjects trainings, and safety requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and Independently.
