*Customer Experience Associate (CEA) - Job Description* The Customer Experience Associate (CEA) is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering a worldclass customer experience across multiple communication channels. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions, concerns, and requests are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally.
*What You'll Do* * Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone and email * *Inbound Calls:* 25-50+ per day * *Emails:* 50-100+ per day * Provide customers with accurate information related to shipping, product availability, pricing, and order status * Research customer questions using internal systems and tools to ensure highquality support * Create and manage customer cases for issues requiring followup or investigation * Partner with crossfunctional departments to resolve customer needs-both stated and anticipated * Manage customer communication across multiple channels while maintaining visibility through the full ordertofulfillment lifecycle * Provide exception management, status updates, and proactive communication to ensure transparency * Independently handle both internal and external inquiries while offering solutions before issues escalate * Contribute to delivering a seamless, frictionless customer experience *Reports to:* Supervisor, Customer Experience *Training:* Comprehensive onthejob training provided. Our company is recognized for delivering bestinclass customer experience. *Required Skills & Experience* *Must Haves* * 2+ years of customer service experience within a productbased company or KPIdriven environment * (Note: We are not seeking candidates from highly scripted call centers.) * *Experience with order entry* within an ERP system * Proficiency in *Microsoft Outlook* and *Microsoft Word* * *Strong general computer skills* * *Highvolume email communication experience* * *High school diploma or equivalent* *Nice to Have* * Order claims/claims processing experience * CRM experience, preferably *Microsoft Dynamics* * *Highvolume inbound phone experience (50+ calls/day)* * *Microsoft Excel skills* *Technical Skills* * Customer service & customer support * Inbound call handling * Microsoft Outlook * Microsoft Excel * Email communication * Microsoft Dynamics / CRM * Order entry *Soft Skills* * Ability to work independently with minimal direction * Strong problemsolving skills and resourcefulness * Excellent written communication * Positive attitude and professional demeanor * High attention to detail * Strong sense of accountability and ownership *Experience Level* *Entry Level* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tinley Park, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
