Project Manager / 100% Remote / (6 Month Contract) Work Requirement: 100% Remote This role supports a Global Partnerships team by managing partner programs in the music and entertainment ecosystem, focusing on data analysis, performance insights, and operational efficiency across major social and communication platforms. The position requires 2-4 years of experience in datadriven process improvement, strong operational skills, and the ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams in fastpaced, ambiguous environments. Experience working directly with entertainment partners-particularly in music-is essential, and Spanish fluency is a plus. Focused on multiple consumer platforms, this team helps drive product priorities and partner success across a unified app ecosystem. This role will work closely with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers in the Music space to provide data analysis, manage partner programs, and support inbound partner needs. Responsibilities * Analyze partner account and page performance to identify opportunities for improvement or product adoption * Support partner performance tracking, monitor market trends, and forecast potential risks and opportunities * Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations, Programs, and Partnerships teams * Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business vs. technical constraints, and help resolve crossteam blockers * Operate effectively in a fastmoving, ambiguous environment similar to a startup setting Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account/partner management, or project management * Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem * Experience working directly with entertainment partners * Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital Media, or Entertainment * Selfstarter who can prioritize workstreams and clearly communicate priorities to stakeholders * Strong operational and processdriven experience * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Comfortable delivering public presentations to diverse audiences Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.
