Role Description - Senior* Product Analyst (CRM)* We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support a CRM-focused product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize CRM workflows and deliver highimpact product enhancements. Key Responsibilities * Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements for CRM processes. * Create clear, concise user stories that accurately communicate business needs to engineering and QA teams. * Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement sessions, and daily stand-ups. * Support testing and QA activities to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and function as intended. * Work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. * Contribute to initiatives related to customer preference management and integrations with upstream or downstream systems. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.67 - $45.67/hr.
