Job Title: Receptionist/ Front-Desk/ Customer Service Location: Elkins WV 26241 Duration: Long-Term Contract Pay Rate: $16.00/hour on w2 without benefits Shift Timing: Day Hrs./Week: 40 Must have Skills: Candidates must be able to obtain IRS Clearance after the offer is extended. The clearance process will be initiated post-offer; candidates must comply with all background verification steps. Lifetime background check. Job Summary: Answering inbound calls from individuals and businesses regarding federal tax matters. Handling inquiries on tax law, account status, payments, refunds, and penalty, interest, or tax return issues. Assisting callers with navigating IRS forms, documents, and reporting requirements. Helping taxpayers understand and meet their tax obligations and requirements.
