We are recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to join an established company with sustained growth in RTP. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role supports business leaders through financial performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic modeling. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role partners closely with cross-functional leaders and senior management. Responsibilities Analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial results, identifying key drivers of variance versus plan and prior periods Maintain and enhance rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy of assumptions and transparency in projected outcomes Deliver forward-looking reporting packages that highlight trends, run-rate implications, and scenario-based insights for senior leadership Support the annual budgeting process and contribute to multi-year financial planning efforts Assist with assumption setting, scenario modeling, and long-term outlook analysis Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and performance drivers Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for leadership as business needs evolve Continuously improve reporting tools, forecasting methodologies, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and analytical capability Support preparation of materials and analysis for executive leadership and external stakeholders Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) is a plus Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
