Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Master's degree with Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California.
  • Two (2) years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to support individuals with behavioral challenges.
  • Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to train and mentor others.
  • Ability to perform duties with limited supervision.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and availability for onsite support.
  • Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Range: $108,000 -$115,000 plus incentives, sign-on bonus eligible| Small Caseload | Flexible Schedule

  • No Insurance Billinga- 100% funded by the Regional Center.


  • Unique Populationa- Work with dually diagnosed individuals (ages 12-17 or 18+) with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety).


  • Small Caseloada- One residential home per BCBA, allowing for deep, meaningful clinical work.


  • No Travel Requireda- All services are provided on-site.


  • Multidisciplinary Collaborationa- Work alongside clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and other experienced BCBAs to create comprehensive treatment plans.


  • Flexible Hoursa- Primarily 8-5 with some PM/NOC supervision.


  • Administrative Supporta- Scheduling and paperwork handled by our admin team.


  • Ongoing Mentorshipa- Collaborate closely with a local Clinical Director, PhDs, and BCBA-Ds.


What You'll Do



  • Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior staff.


  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).


  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.


  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
