Summary Job Description: The Hospital Security Department ensures a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Our team monitors access points, patrols hospital grounds, and responds to emergencies while supporting hospital policies. Working with local law enforcement and hospital leadership, we provide safety, protection, and assistance with professionalism, compassion, and respect. Security Manager-Transportation and Guest Services Full-Time, Days Job Requirements:
- The Manager of Valet Services, Guest Services, and Fleet Management oversees in-house hospital valetoperations, 24/7 information desk services, and hospital vehicle fleet management, while serving as across-trained member of the Security team.
- This role is responsible for ensuring safe, welcoming, andefficient arrival and departure experiences for patients, visitors, and staff, while supporting hospital securityoperations in coordination with the Security department.
- The Manager provides leadership and supervisionof staff; ensures service excellence; maintains safety, transportation, and fleet compliance; and supportsemergency response operations.
- The role reflects the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health,adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with allapplicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five years of related experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience required
- Valid Kentucky Driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Must obtain De-escalation and crisis prevention within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, or large campus environments
- Prior security, law enforcement, or public safety experience
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)
- De-escalation or crisis intervention training
