The Clinical Analyst proactively identifies solutions to nonstandard requests and issues, demonstrating enthusiasm and a positive attitude when assisting other areas of the team with unexpected or emergent tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Managed care
  • Experience conducting oversight audits, including reviewing and comparing multiple data sources and historical records to identify discrepancies
  • Solid understanding that the role is driven by the need to support national and state healthcare accreditation standards, ensuring that compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements remains paramount in daily work and deliverables
  • Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude toward receiving feedback by openly accepting guidance, incorporating recommendations into future work, and using feedback as an opportunity for continuous improvement and growth
  • Demonstrates solid organizational skills and effectively manages calendars and meeting coordination, maintaining professionalism and resilience when scheduling challenges arise
  • Proven ability to maintain consistent professionalism and openness in submitting completed work for review to ensure alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to professionally and proactively engages other departments to obtain required information, demonstrating no hesitation or difficulty in gathering materials needed for committee preparation and ensuring timely, accurate followthrough
  • Reside in state of Florida

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Certification (CPHQ), IHI certificate or Lean background
  • Experience in HealthCare Quality
  • Experience with navigating and analyzing reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid knowledge of the Medicaid market
  • Knowledge base of clinical standards of care, preventive health, and HEDIS measures
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
