Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Driver

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Driver in Kailua, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service, clear communication, and a professional presence while documenting observations and reporting concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff while carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures and policies within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and/or perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Control access through designated doors and entrances, monitor visitor flow, and assist with badge and/or key control procedures per site policy.
• Complete security-related reports and shift logs, document unusual activity, and communicate observations to the site supervisor and/or appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
